Currently on the norwegian jewel. Now we reposition to carabean....still our working hours is not change which mean port day and sea day we working atleast 11 or 12 hours a day. The things is we are under manning in the bar. And which is normal to focus on the pool side during the day but the management decide to open also the indoor lounges around noon and then when busy outside bars they keep on callin to look for back up. The mean we have a schedule already but still we need to stay on call. The worst things is we cant really go outside anymore due to early opening of lounges. We need help

If they are exceeding your hours per day or per week, we can get the ITF involved and they will come onboard. However, they need a crew member to make the request. They can tell you if they can keep you anonymous. Email mail@nsu.org to start with. Let's see if NSU gets involved. IF they don't we will see who else on the escalation chain we can report this to.
