If you are being harassed, report it to HR (even though we have been told that there are some HR Managers who are just as bad.) Then report this to shoreside, to the crew hotline, to the 24 hour seafarers support line, to a maritime lawyer or police in your home port. There is no justification for retaliating against someone for refusing their advances. There is no tolerance for being touched anywhere on your body that you are not comfortable with. It is critical to be important with drinks due to the high number of date rape cases, where drinks are spiked.
