Crew life: Good. Crew parties, sometimes good people and sometimes they are awful human beings
Managers: We have terrible management, they favour people and are always shouting or causing drama for something, even making team members cry.

Working hours: depends on managers, 8 to 12 hours.
General: Good if your target and motivation is money.
Food: Terrible. No options.
