MSC Next Assignment Delays

I would like not to disclose my identity. I'm from India and a crew member of MSC Cruises dining department. On October 30th, I disembarked from one of their cruise ships. It's been two months that I haven't received or heard anything from the Indian agency regarding the next joining. I am sending this letter here
with great sadness and pain.
Many people who came before me are worried without even a date to return. I have contacted many people who know me and have been waiting for a call from the agency for the last three to four months or more. Other companies are releasing staff by giving them a date to return and a flight ticket. They have been causing terrible delays for the last 1.5 years. Who will take care of our family if the company or the manning agency is delayed like this? They have taken more staff from Africa than needed. All of them come and go on ships without any difficulty. The Indian agency does not provide any kind of help. If we call, they do not pick up the phone. Or if they do, they hang up saying that they do not have any information. Where will we go, if the people who are responsible for listening to our problems behave like this? People commit suicide in such situations where there is no answer. I believe that the company will open its eyes at least when such incidents happen.
