MSC Cruises has centralized crew recruitment operations to its Italian office in Sorrento, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. Agencies in Brazil will no longer manage resumes or job applications.

The Sorrento-based office will exclusively handle returning crew documents and new resumes.
No agencies in Brazil or elsewhere will act as intermediaries for foreign-based ships.
