You should be able to report to her manager, but have you been able to have a conversation with her first? Can you ask her if you can have a meeting and share that you feel that you are being treated disrespectfully? I know that you feel it can make things worse, so if you can't do that, is there an HR department to speak to? It definitely seems like you need to speak to someone, either her manager, HR or maybe the crew hotline.
