Ncl Management System

I do not wish to offend anyone but I would love to voice something here. NCL needs to look into their management system and make some changes. I was previously on the NCL joy and I resigned because the pressure became to much.

There is no diversity in the senior hotel leadership team. I have nothing against any culture but I will say this. When only one nationality is incharge of a ship , every other nationality suffers. NCL boast that they're all about diversity but I believe that the management system should be mixed with everyone so it feels fair. The crew life on NCL joy is terrible. Special cleaning on the only two nights we can go outside. Every week during the day there is a training so you have no time during your free time.

Their style of leadership is driving fear into the crew. I once witness one senior officer walk by a piece of paper pick up his phone and called while stating that the elevator area is very dirty. Exaggeration! Why can't we be kind to others. Why do we make life hard. Let's remember covid that when we were home there was no General manager or restaurant or bar manager or f&b and treat each other with care and kindness. I hope the right person sees this.

Please make the management team on the Joy more diverse. One nationality can't be in total control making life of the other nationality hard. Remember who you are off the ship. Its ok to pick up a peace of paper and throw it away without causing chaos.
