Bar Department

I was working for celebrity for 10 years, I knew the policy of the company, I always present on the company training procedures and I can say about myself I keep giving the company good feedback specially in my department (Bar). The reason why I write this review I just feeling unfair about the captain decision. Before I moving forward about everything let me tell you a short story. Company doesn’t care about personal life problems between crew members YES they don’t care about it. But if someone take it over or seriously like stealing data privacy of the crew member then it will getting serious. I know not all of the crew like each others they might be just doing or say hello in the front of you but you never know what they’re hiding behind. Crew member from another celebrity are stealing my data privacy..all of the information about me is there and posted on the social media because of some reason, and of course I feel uncomfortable about that if someone misused my employee ID for another reason, then i take an action to report to HR and Ethics Aware. 4 weeks on investigation “MY HR on board” said that i’m the one who give my personal data to those crew member. I said IMPOSSIBLE how can I got the access to open crew member personal data information? The access can be open only from HR and Department Head. I keep stay on my right because I know the company rules “whoever spreading personal data information guest/crew it’s against the company policy” but HR on board doesn’t want to listen and blame me back. So in my question why should I report to HR on board if I feel someone doing victim or slandering to me? Until i got terminated by master hearing. Even though i do right to appeal their decision are the same.
Sad but I still don’t accept it how they treat the crew who feel uncomfortable with the situation and doesn’t do anything
