Royal Caribbean Guest service officer Interview

Company : RCCL
Position : Guest service officer
Interview: via webex

I applied to this position it took two months to get an interview.
As i have worked in a previous company, questions were not your average getting to know interview ie strengths and weaknesses or how many languages you speak but it was super technical

-give us a scenario of how you dealt with a difficult guest
-how would you determine what compensation to give to a guest
-what system are you familiar to(fidelio/otalio). If you face this situation on fidelio how would you sort it out eg a family wanting to switch cabins amongst themselves
- what other specific duties did you have as a gsa ie (disembarkation/lost&found/check in-out,mms)
-a moment when YOU went an extra mile for a guest
- when you couldnt assist a guest with their issues because it was beyond your control

Interview was with fleet manager, she spoke eloquently, although she was stoic and after the interview she smiled and thanked for the on the spot interview however she was very nice and put me at ease.
I dont know if i got the job or not as she said she will communicate with my agency if i passed or not.
