Cruise industry are getting worst by paying and scheduling of a crew.5-6months work and 4 months vacation with no pay.what u gonna save for home.and joining back u need to always do the full medicals and lots of documentation, it seems companies are just using a crew like a slave to earn their huge profits and not providing proper benefits for a crew.most of the Asian countries crew keep silent coz they don't have option or back up. All cruise companies are getting cheap to pay for their loyal crew .
